From: Gas Bag on 26 Jan 2008 18:49 X-No-Archive: I'm trying to get some specific advice regarding "Running/walking for time" in relation to different heart rates (approx percentages of Max HR). What I mean is covering as much distance as possible in a fixed time, not covering a fixed distance. If there's anyone that can offer me some advice here, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
