From: Nel77 on 28 May 2007 12:59 I have the same pains...sharp pain in the right shoulder blade and shoots down the arm...it is a scare...I have also felt pains in my chest..near the heart too and when I went to see my family doctor he pressed fimrly on my breast bone and told me that I had OSTEOCHONDRITIS...which is pain in your joints..(google it to find more information)..I was just as confused...But as for the pain in the shoulder blade then down the arm I am not sure wat that is all about but I'm glad to see that there are other people feeling the same pains...cuz it is scary...especially when the pain is in your chest area...everyone thinks heartattack...so hearing other peoples signs and symptoms makes me feel a bit safer and that its not so serious...well lets hope!! Take care everyone and would love to hear more feedback from your doctor visits and what this pain in the shoulder blad could be...DYING TO KNOW!!!! -- Nel77 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nel77's Profile: http://www.disease-information.com/member.php?userid=441 View this thread: http://www.disease-information.com/showthread.php?t=7973
From: mwebb on 9 Jun 2007 11:30 In response to the first message from Steve. I am experincing the same symptoms. I am aware that you cant diagnose anything over the internet, but I am just curious how other people went and what was found. My pain feels like my gall bladder pain that had (before it was removed) but higher on the right side of the chest through to the left side of the right shoulder blade. I am now sitting here, comfortably, not short of breath, but my face is starting to go numb a bit, not sore but I am concerned. I am not too worried about this at the moment as it is 130pm and I am tired. If anyone else has any advice or what they found there issue to be i would love to hear from you. I am 24 years old and have not always been active untill I recently rejoined the gym and starting exercising and doing weights again. -- mwebb ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mwebb's Profile: http://www.disease-information.com/member.php?userid=456 View this thread: http://www.disease-information.com/showthread.php?t=7973
From: someone on 15 Jun 2007 06:02 I was having pain at times on the left chest area at location of heart. Doctor said heart sounded fine. A few days later I was back with bad pain. He said heart sounded fine, and told me to point to spot of pain. I did, and he pushed hard on the spot with his finger and I let out a scream from the pain. He asked if I ever broke any ribs. I said yes about 15 years ago when I got bucked off a horse. He did some more tests and said I got arthritis in the spot where it broke and it causes muscle spasms. Told me to apply heat when it hurts, and gave me pain pills. Not too much more to help it, I will probably always have it, but it's not serious, just painful. I guess it's just part of getting old..... On Sat, 9 Jun 2007 11:30:18 -0400, mwebb <mwebb.2rx4ks(a)no-mx.disease-information.com> wrote: > >In response to the first message from Steve.
