How can you related normal beta cells and normal insulin secretion
with getting VAT on overeating and not getting when beta cells are
damaged?

Can hunger be directly related to abnormalities in glucose and other
energy store's normal usage/breakdown due to more and continual

Where there is overeating, there will be visceral adipose tissue
(VAT).
