The whole chair, low to the ground, tiltable, and possibly able to be
elevated, too. Also programmable?

It seems to fit the criteria, but I have a history of misunderstanding
when I see things like this so thought perhaps another pair of eyes
might help.

See? I usually frak it up somehow. So I guess I'll call them and find
out for sure. I'll probably have to buy one of the chairs on their
list so that their seating unit will fit on it. Or something.
