From: O'brother! on 14 May 2006 09:29 How can you call this a support group? I have been very successful with a very inexpensive and easy to follow diet, I lost 31 lbs, and thought it would be nice to share it with others who might be having a problem. But after reading several of the postings, I find this to be a group of "Smart-assed" flamers, with no intention of trying to help anyone. All have a good day, except the flamers- -O'brother!

I'm interested in your diet. If you're afraid of flames, you may email it to me at thescroogemeister(a)yahoo.com. Thanks.
