I have a REMSTAR Plus M series with a smart card. It had been
mentioned here that this machine is capable of tracking AHI. However,
when I followed the instructions given here nothing on the menu said
anything about AHI (or anything resembling that). When I visited my
sleep center the other week, I looked at the printed report that the
DME had made from the smart card on my machine -- no mention of AHI!
Only the total time wearing the mask (compliance) for each night. So
is this machine capable of monitoring AHI?

NO not the Plus. That is compliance data only to the smartcard. You must
have a "Pro", the next one up, to track AHI.
