From: Robert DeSavage on 7 Sep 2007 14:53 Been doing my best to spread the word about recent 'invites' to join the 'friends list' on a site called Quechup. Quite simply - ignore these invites and stay away from the site like it's the plague. If you sign on for 'membership', the email address list on your computer will be raided and invites under your name will be sent to those on your list unbeknownst to you. It's then, that a person becomes sort of a 'Typhoid Mary' on a computer. Meanhile if you did accept and became a 'member' of Quechup, I might suggest that you cancel immediately and run both virus scans and spyware scans as well as dumping all the cookies that websites drop into your computer.
