All of you are slick as silicone ... and just as deceitful.

Scores of posts ...

Tons of excuses ...

Still not one bit of evidence that J P Utz is an MD nor a Pediatrician

Jeff Utz <jeffutz(a)netzero.net> is a former pediatrician who has
switched careers and works as software engineer. Although he has no
children of his own, he is involved in mentoring children in New York
City as well as a soccer program in the suburbs where he lives & is a
proud uncle. He is a Mad Scientist (www.madscientist.org) and posts to
several newsgroups. In his spare time, he takes computer courses in
the School of Continuing and Professional studies at NYU.

Thanks by the way ... never saw that one ... this mentions NSU ...
Probert was claiming that his MSU was definitive that he was an MD ...

Still not one bit of credible evidence that this man is or was a
Pediatrician ... other than Proberts, Steve Barrett and now Coleah
backing them up.

Even Michele only claims he is an MD ... she could find nothing on him
being a pediatrician either but refuses to post what she claims she
found.

Again. This site is not proof of anything. It is still a
self-proclaimed statement. The American Board of Pediatrics only has
one Utz in their on-line database and that is a David Utz who was
accepted in 1946. It is my guess that Dr. David Utz is long retired.

If Jeff P. Utz was on "educational limited medical license" from
95-97, I doubt that he is retired. Did Jeff Utz complete his
residency? If not, there can be no claim to being a pediatrician. The
limited license could have been renewed up to 5 years. Their records
do not show a renewal beyond 1997.

From the State of Michigan Medical Board

"educational limited medical license"

An educational limited license is granted to an individual who has
completed medical school and is participating in post-graduate
resident training. The individual is licensed as a physician at that
point, however, their practice is limited to the institution in which
they are completing their residency program. For example, if the
physician is completing a residency in General Surgery at Henry Ford
Hospital, the physician can only practice at Henry Ford Hospital while
under an educational limited license. An educational limited license
is granted for a one year period. It can be renewed on an annual
basis for an additional five years, pending verification from the
residency program that the physician is still in the residency
program. That verification must be done yearly. At the end of the
second year of postgraduate training, the physician can apply for a
full medical license, which then allows them to practice outside of
the residency while completing the remainder of their residency.

Incorrect. Anyone with a degree and licesne can proclaim a specialty.
Board
cert is not a prerequisite.

If that is true ... what years were his "Pediatriican" career that he
has claimed he retired from?

His 3 years at Michigan with his limited license and without finishing
anything. What did he retire from as he claims?

School???

He sure retired young if he was a resident in one of the Lansing, MI,
hospitals from 1995-1997. The question is, "Did he finish?" If he
didn't finish, he is just a well educated former medical student who
decided to get into computer software instead. Making the claim does
not compute to being a doctor! He can claim to be a doctor all he
wants...still doesn't make it so.

I suggest that you look up the word retired, and see that it does not
require age to be a factor.

No, he is a person who was awarded the degree of medical doctor, which
is
indicative of an intelligent, educated person.

Once he has the MD degree, he can call himself doctor allhe wishes.
That is
an irrefutable fact.

Where is the evidence that he has a medical degree and is a licensed
or unlicensed (as Quack King Barrett) Pediatrican?

Ilena Rose - 10 Aug 2004 23:25 GMT
Thanks to Todd we have an answer from JP Utz himself ... it seems
that even after posting this ... the Quack Team continues the myth
that he is a licensed Pediatrician.

It appears that it is a lie that Barrett and he (and now Coleah and
Michele and Probert) have been spreading for years that he is a
licensed Medical Doctor ... therefore he has also been lying to
Readers that he is a Pediatrician.
