19 year old with prostate cancer? Is this possible? Is it? My friend told me that his 19 year old brother has prostate cancer. I was stunned when I heard it. Can that be possible? Stricture I had RP surgery in 1995.Since then I have this problem of the uretha closing over and making it difficult to pee. I have to use a catheter to open the stricture. Advice needed I had RP over eleven years ago and radiation therapy a short while after, plus "some" hormone therapy prior to RP. Explanation of "Free PSA" and how it fits into the "puzzle" I'm having some difficulty getting the concept of "free PSA". What I have read is that some PSA is "bound" to protein while some is not.
