Newly Diagnosed/Internal or External Radiation?? I have been considering brachytherapy over the external radiation because basically I feel better having the radiation inplanted right on the spot. Excessive tears caused by taxotere My father is sick of k prostate and for about 5 months he took the taxotere. Among the side effects, laments the continued tearing of the eyes. What can effect PSA after PCa treatment, besides a recurrence? I know a DRE, ejaculation or bike riding can alter a PSA result in a man before having any type of treatment for PCa, but what about after treatment?
