Which is why I asked him if he knows the weight of his intake.

But if not, and if "dear Frank" is "guessing at calories"[sic]
in the same manner as I am, I'd certainly be happy to hear if his
weight loss has been as steady as as gratifying as mine.

Oh...and why do you not think I "know how much [I] am eating"?
I *weigh* things -- which is how I calculate calories.
You might be interested in knowing that a huge yummy salad
all by itself can exceed two pounds.

And the weight continues to fall away...

Sorry to see your reading comprehension has deteriorated so
far.

I am, in fact, eating on the average quite a bit more than
two pounds a day -- and losing on the average three-pounds-plus
a week.

Apparantly I've only eliminated the "immeasurable calories"
and am now consuming only the measurable ones.

Isn't that *just* the most interesting thing?

Wow, you're further gone than I thought. Hard to imagine how
someone can follow up on a description of a single meal's
exceeding two pounds, with the neck-snapping non-seqitur:

Glad to read that you are not exceeding two pounds of food per day.

They are? I did not realize that.

Here. List five of them:

Nope.

That's what you read into it. Reminiscent of your misuse of
scripture in that regard.

Wow! I had no idea that you had actual EXPERIENCE WEIGHING MEALS!

That is just...I mean, how in the world...it's the most remarkable...

You, yourself, all unaided, have really truly WEIGHED MEALS???

I'm breathless here. Tell me, does it take decades of dedicated
practice to learn to WEIGH MEALS?

Wow...
