I have been on my autoPAP machine for almost six weeks now. It has
changed my life.

But I also love to go camping. I have a travel trailer and I'm
concerned about staying at campgrounds that don't have full hook-ups,
since without them, I have no electricity to power my autoPAP machine.

I know that there are battery powered machines available, but I don't
believe that they work more than one night without requiring a
recharge. And without power recharging seems to be unlikely.

I'm sure that I'm not the only person who has experienced this dilemma,
so I'm open to suggestions.

TIA

Look at the archives on Google. Much discussion on this.

Since you use a travel trailer you can do a proper solution.
Deep cycle sealed battery. The size of a car battery. Perfectly
safe to use and store in your bedroom.

I have a Remstar. They have a 12VDC power plug in the back.
You can get the DC power cable from a number of places.
Look on www.cpapman.com for this. Even if you don't have
this brand of machine there are pictures of the different setups
and cabling that would apply to any battery setup. If your machine
only takes AC power then you would additionally need a power
inverter. A power inverter draws some power itself and is an extra
component so straight DC is preferable. Additionally, until you
get into very expensive inverters they can/will damage a heated
humidifier (blower motor is not a problem). Most do without a
heated humidifier anyway since it draws so much power.

I have an Optima AGM battery. I think the model is D34?
Size of a car battery. Will hold a full charge for 6 months
or more in storage. Will power my CPAP (12 cm) for 4
nights or more. It will certainly last the rest of my life.

You will get suggestions for jumpstarter packs. I wouldn't
recommend them for your needs. Most (all?) do not incorporate
deep cycle batteries. If you had to carry it around it might be
worth the tradeoff.

Read here for how I solved it.

Note, as I mentioned elsewhere, I have since found that a 72 Amp Hour
deep discharge battery with a 300W modified sine wave inverter powered
my Resmed Auto Spirit for two nights, instead of the expected one night

Ten years ago I found out that many auto-electricians (in Aust) are
experienced at fitting second/extra batteries in motor vehicles and
carvan/trailers for CPAP users. so you could just ask around locally and
you might be pleasantly surprised.
