If everyone in the U.S. were to eat less, down to the right amount,
most of the chronic illnesses (hypertension, hypercholesterolemia,
type-2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, GERD, OSA, CFS, depression, CAD etc)
would be either prevented or cured. Moreover, there would be enough
food left over to wipe out world starvation !!!

Truth is simple.

Overeating results in waste.

Waste results in need.
