From: Natalie on 14 Nov 2007 10:05 Hello Everyone, Most of you know that I lost my oldest daughter Carrie on 10-2-2005. She was 27 years old. Well, I guess losing a child isnt enough pain to my heart. I just got a phone call from Carrie's dad telling me the angel light that stood no more then a foot high that we bought for her was removed. A small 2 in. angel as well that ahd been there since the first Christmas that she passed was removed. And a small flat stone that my sister bought and put there was removed. I am outraged, and horrified by this. There should be some exceptions expecially if you are out there all the time maintaining the grave where your child is. OR for that matters any of our loved ones are. Please help me to change this. here is a link to the petition to do so. http://www.PetitionOnline.com/81778/petition.html Please sign it and pass it o to everyone you know. Dont let this happen to you. Love and Light Natalie Smith-Blakeslee Carrie Ann Smith's Mom 8-17-78 10-2-2005

Karma, what goes around comes around, taking items from someones grave no matter what the reason is VERY BAD KARMA! Good Luck to you, I signed your petition. Daisy

(That's the only way I knew how to do it. I know this is a real problem from both thieves and from people who are suppose to maintain the grounds. I am with you all the way. Good luck! We decorated Crystal and Sam's graves every year with a little tree and homemade ornaments ...itsy bitsy stockings with their names and the baby's name; surrounded the plots with greenery,,,,a little sleigh full of little pine cones and tidbits. Each year, I would then go when we had to and pick it all up. Last year, when we went to bring it all home....it was gone! Even the little flat rock that had lain in front with a beautiful saying about love. We do the mowing, trimming, pulling of weeds...all. The cemetary person said they did not remove it. Someone who didn't care whom he might hurt stole what little I could do for them for the holiday. They arrested a woman who was caught stealing flowers, but she didn;t have our items. Our cemetary has a large sign at the entrance about it being against the law to remove anything except from your own and it hasn't stopped the theft. Some of our police force took turns being out there in the winter....they had friends on the force....and yet, all gone. Makes me afraid to do any this year.
