Jamie, don't you think that is the same as it is for 99% of us? I take a lot of pain meds -- and I have always known that it will never take all the pain away. If, for the money you can manage, have "some good" days, than maybe you should thank your lucky stars you have them. Many people don't even get a few good days. I remember in one of your posts, you said you were autistic. Slightly autistic or something similar. If you truly are, and I can believe it from your posts, it's a little easier for me to understand your behavior. You can't help it. >I try to have a friendly converstation and you just attack me? I was never >mean to you!!! Why are you being so mean to me? If you feel people are impatient with you here, it's true. And I'll bet you run across that from other people you encounter. Nobody is really being "mean" to you. You summed it up in your first sentence: "As I had posted MANY MANY MANY MANY MANY TIMES NOW" Sometimes it's better to just sit quietly and listen. Ren?
From: LoriB.o.B. on 20 Jan 2006 18:35 Glad you said that, Rene'. I thought I remembered him sayin' that he's autistic & add too. Since so many of us are w/o sleep & in pain, our tolerance & patience isn't the greatest. I know I get very irratated but heck, I just had a nice long break...:-) Kindly, LoriB.o.b.
From: Jamie Dolan on 20 Jan 2006 18:45 I am fairly severely austic with Aspburgers disorder, high functioning autisum. From: lightlady on 20 Jan 2006 19:23 i know a teenager with asperberger.... he describes it as being a Vulcan in a world of romulans ( yes, trekkies are everywhere still <g>) now to ease the logical mind ;-) FMS has no logic what-so-ever. there, that's it in a nutshell :-( so if you feel frustrated cuz somethings not working, it just may mean it's not working at that one moment in time. it may work tomorrow, or it may not.... this is why we frustrate a lot of docs/family member/friends/co-workers/etc as well as ourselves. don't let the analytical mind over analyse something beyond reason, cuz there may be no reason ( did that make sense??) -- lynn "Jamie Dolan" <jamiedolan(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:CCeAf.17924$dW3.10359(a)newssvr21.news.prodigy.com... > I am fairly severely austic with Aspburgers disorder, high functioning > autisum. > > > "Ren?" <My.Pencil(a)mchsi.com> wrote in message > news:6leAf.713745$x96.454129(a)attbi_s72... > > > > "Jamie Dolan" <jamiedolan(a)gmail.com> wrote in message > > news:l3aAf.13538$PL5.10187(a)newssvr11.news.prodigy.com... > > > As I had posted MANY MANY MANY MANY MANY TIMES NOW.. oh, and one more thing i learned from hanging with josh... people without aspergers have emotions which aspies fail to interpet correctly. many mis-communication problems happen because of that, so Jamie please rmember your dealing with real people who experience pain just like you do. and FMily please remeber that some folks are just coming to grips with being an FMer, and having aspergers on top of it all does not help in the least, cuz aspies are very hig functioning, logical/analytical type folks and as ew all know, FM has no logic. just my take on the matter and hopefully at least 2 cents worth ;-) -- lynn "lightlady" <me(a)privacy.net> wrote in message news:43dd3sF1mv104U1(a)individual.net... > i know a teenager with asperberger.... he describes it as being a Vulcan in > a world of romulans ( yes, trekkies are everywhere still <g>) > > now to ease the logical mind ;-) > > FMS has no logic what-so-ever. there, that's it in a nutshell :-( so if > you feel frustrated cuz somethings not working, it just may mean it's not > working at that one moment in time. it may work tomorrow, or it may not.... > this is why we frustrate a lot of docs/family member/friends/co-workers/etc > as well as ourselves. don't let the analytical mind over analyse something > beyond reason, cuz there may be no reason ( did that make sense??) > > -- > lynn > "Jamie Dolan" <jamiedolan(a)gmail.com> wrote in message > news:CCeAf.17924$dW3.10359(a)newssvr21.news.prodigy.com... > > I am fairly severely austic with Aspburgers disorder, high functioning > > autisum. > > > > > > "Ren?" <My.Pencil(a)mchsi.com> wrote in message > > news:6leAf.713745$x96.454129(a)attbi_s72... > > > > > > "Jamie Dolan" <jamiedolan(a)gmail.com> wrote in message > > > news:l3aAf.13538$PL5.10187(a)newssvr11.news.prodigy.com... > > > > As I had posted MANY MANY MANY MANY MANY TIMES NOW..
