Yeah, I thought it was pretty clever to give them each a name: Chip & Dale
after the Chippendale male dancers ;-) I'm not sure Squirrely reads anything
on AMF anymore, so I just might pull her string and direct her over to this

OMG!! I have to admit it -- I bought that Squirrel Beanie Baby 2 weeks ago
at a shop in Des Moines, Iowa! The store was a second-hand store of
children's clothes and toys. Great place for Grammas to go browsing.

There was a whole bin of Beanie Babies and they were all marked $1.98
each!!! I got a bunch of them - at least a dozen,
because my sweet DGD loves stuffed animals and dolls. She loved the
additions I gave her and packs them around the house, like her little
family.

Sorry, but there's no way that I'm going to take back that particular Beanie
Baby, because she loves him and would be very upset if he went missing.
Besides, I can't stand to see my DGDs cry.

You can cry if you want, however.

Thank you both for remembering the Squirrel Beanie Baby,
incident....... There was no violence that I can remember...... Just
a lot of "Squirrelnapping"! You read that right! *Squirrelnapping*!

I did go back under my old addy (alrhody) and found how this situation
started. I merely wrote to the AMF and Squirrely Jo that during one
of my shopping trips, I bought some Beanie Babies at a Hallmark
store. This was a few years before she and I discussed this. I
bought a Squirrel one and other ones, like the bears etc. This was
before they became so famous and collectible. I bought them because I

As for the Squirrel one........ Pssssst! Don't let Squirrely Jo know

Just wished now, that I had sent her mine........ Oh well! Guess
I'll add it to my will, that Squirrely Jo gets my Squirrel Beanie

Did you buy the "Nuts the Squirrel" - he has no acorn....... "Nutty
the Squirrel" - he has an acorn in his hands or "Treehouse the
Squirrel" Beanie Baby? Do you know?

I think I have the "Nuts the Squirrel" without the acorn......

Only buy CB's, McDonald's beanie babies, if they come with a "Happy
Meal"....... OK?

Will someone please get in touch with Squirrley Jo and let her know
that Amazon.com has all the above Squirrel Beanie Babies...... Thank
