Maybe others would want to comment. Ok here goes... Ferocious (1/4 chow, 3/4 black lab) loves to kill and eat wild birds. I sometimes find piles of feathers... He just recently killed and ate a whitewing dove. There is NOTHING left but a few feathers! I worry... I feed him Canidae dry and canned food. Is he missing something in his diet to cause him to do this? He'll kill any wild animal that dares invade his territory, (possums etc.) but he only eats the birds. I'm just wondering if I need to give him something else that he may be missing in his diet. I worry about the bones. Maybe he's part wolf and I just don't know it. <g> -- Peace! Well, if YOU had 4 parents, you'd be a little "off", too. >I sometimes find piles of feathers... Were there any in his Bronco? >He just recently killed and ate a whitewing dove.
