And if she believed she was being stalked, the onus is on her to avoid the alleged stalker, she cannot do that. To that end, I say, bring it on!

I'm not an USian but it seems that any USian can file a lawsuit against anyone, anywhere for any universe of reasons. Intelligence doesn't seem to have anything to do with it.
