Honestly, I'm surprised that he hasn't. Given his earlier efforts wrt the
Electriciti suit, it's obvious that he is willing to sue to protect his good
name. And it's not like he would have a hard time finding Ms. Napolis
should he wish to sue her.

Perhaps Dr. Aquino is concerned about what Ms. Napolis might present to the
court as evidence? While I doubt that she has a "smoking gun" linking him
to child molestation, he may not want to have the Presidio scandal played
out again in the San Francisco media. There also may be stuff in his Army
personnel file or in his past which he would prefer to keep private: suing
Napolis might well open up some nasty cans of worms which he would rather
keep closed.

The appropriate action to take when someone is making false
allegations about you in a lawsuit is to succesfully refute them
or file a counter-lawsuit. I'm prepared for both actions. At this
time, it appears that the Aquinos have not answered the
complaint, and they do not even have the courage to write on
usenet under his own name.

Your stupid law suit is going NOWHERE.

Hope the court slaps you with lots of court costs for wasting its time.
