As to Jan perhaps she needs help or perhaps not, but I'll suggest you aren't going deeper than her and your postings are no better. See Jan, you can help A.L. out by "helping" him keep his postings on the archive. Or alternately you, Jan also could have you messages removed after a number of days like AL.

Actually I have re-read a typed paragraph and found words typed "exactly" backwards.
