Positive experience with yoga I have done one week of Yoga and Pranayama and I am sleeping better annd feeling more relaxed and more confident. (Though I need to be more flexible!) HELP - I cannot tolerate stress AT ALL it seems This is strange - my body seems to be so sensitive to stress that it will spiral into anxiety attacks & depression over the least little thing.
