an unusual depression feature
i've been reading some articles on depression today and it turns out that depressed people very often wake up at about 3am and then can't get back to sleep. i wonder why 3am is so common and not other times? it seems like it should be a bit more random. does anyone have any thoughts on this strange phenomenon ... 19 Nov 2008 12:40

Does GAD ever go away?
I've had occasional panic attacks and low grade periodic GAD episodes my whole life. The only med for any of it I've ever been on is Xanax, and that (0.25 - 0.5) I usually only took at bedtime.
