The two problems where I've made people uncomfortable are eye contact and personal space. Eye contact is actually easier because you constantly get feedback. I can handle eye contact during conversatio... 26 Mar 2007 14:59
Tiredness and Depression Hi folks. I notice these two always seem to happen together for me. But which is the cause and which is the effect I don't know - or maybe they are both effects and neither directly causes the other. Everyone knows depression can cause serious tiredness, but can tiredness also bring on depression? What way do... 18 Feb 2007 21:48
What's this therapy called? A friend recently told me about a form of therapy she'd heard of for sufferers of panic attacks, but she'd forgotten the name of it. It think it involves working out what the triggers are for your attacks, and distracting yourself. I believe it involves an element of meditation as well. It may or may not be aut... 18 Feb 2007 18:10
