Scared to leave house
Hello, I have suffered from really bad anxiety and depression lately, so bad that I am scared to leave my home. I used to go out and do things all the time. melting down

OT kinda....WHEW! (warning, this is gross and long)
Hi everyone. I'll try to keep this short as possible. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. It's a bad one, about 1/3 of my stomach is pushed up through my diaphram. Inderal Withdrawal question
Hi folks. I'm thinking of weaning off this drug with my pdocs help. I'm not too sure I really need it any more. OT: Numbness in shins after exercise?
I thought someone might find this familiar, being that many of us exercise. After I rode the recumbent bike and did that weird workout wiht the resistance ring (ring of death), I now have numbness in my shins from my knees to my ankles.
