Someone here bought a Rejoyn via the net, it soon malfunctioned, and Rejoyn would not recognize the warranty because the seller was not authorized. So, contact Osbon or Rejoyn (if you can find them) directly when making a purchase. Also, in my case, I may be allergic to the material that Rejoyn uses for the rings. I quit using the pump a year or so ago because of that and I could never get in contact with Rejoyn to find out if they have any alternatives. The extra money for the Osbon may be well worth it because they seem to have good customer support. Just want to mention here that I got a Rejoyn Pump not long after my surgery and was using it for exercise. But I always had a problem with the scrobum being pulled into the tube... so it was a pain to try to use. Recently, someone suggested the Kaplan pump to me... and I found one on sale on the Net for just $75.... and it is SO much better ... and so much easier to use! I had never heard of the Kaplan brand before. If you're looking, you might want to check it out. Just my experience..... Take care... MikeH
