back from traveling with ileostomy I have returned from my 11 day trip to Paris with my ileostomy. Despite my very best effforts, I did get pretty dehydrated going to Paris, but not coming back. travel with ileosostomy I have a total ileosomy. I will be traveling to Paris from May 15-26. This is about a nine-hour flight each way. I have done it before my surgery, but not since.
