If a person has o., isn't drinking milk supposed to be helpful?

But what if the person has lactose intolerance?

Hi --

Milk is just one of many ways in which calcium can be taken. If you
can't take milk products, then you can use an alternate source of
calcium, such as nuts, calcium-enriched products, soy, brocolli,
spinach, etc.

Furthermore, weight-bearing exercise is one of the best ways to head off
osteoporesis. And exercise can be completely milk-free.
