We, the students of Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, sincerely
appreciate your time and effort in providing the requested information.

This survey intends to collect information from parents like yourselves on
your experiences with any existing supplemental/after-school education
services. The data gathered from this survey will enable an early stage
online education provider to shape its services to better meet the
educational needs and requirements of your children. All the information you
provide will be used solely for this purpose.

This early stage company aims to provide supplementary education over
internet. This service includes 1 on 1 coaching by well qualified teachers
for your children in the comfort of your homes. This individualized coaching
will complement your children's existing school curriculum in difficult
subjects like Math, Physics, etc. Education for special subjects(this
includes ethnic languages) will also be offered.
