First off, ceiling downstairs. Been trying to get to it for years!! All white. Rest of colors were chosen two years ago for living, kitchen and dining, but not sure I will stick to those. Still letting colors sort of sink in and simmer, shall see when the time comes... > > What you making out of your old clothes? Not much for now. I used to always etouch this, snip that, and make better thn the original thing --or throw it out/give it away depending on if was soemthign I did not want to bother altering). But things are so s piled up here, you have no idea. The best then s to rid of it, by giving it away or even throwing it out. I keep one size up and one size down, in case, to save in boxes in the absement. But basement itself is so filled up...Just burried n piles of all kinds. It is amazing all one can gather when they are "disabled" for a decade. Once you srat waklking again and try and earn a living with lil strenght still, things still pile up as your priority is surviving the effort of working and using atrophied muscles, then in time tired muscles and exausted body. Leaving you an easy prey to viruseses and the likes. By then tiemn you can do a bit at a time, it does not suffice. It is like I woudl need 5 teams to work on it...To catch up and start normally again from there... To try and do it all on weekends when I am really dead tired from my simple week, and on holidays of all imes (aren't those to finally rest and enjoy life, to recharge before going to the grinder again???) just leaves absolutely no recharging time, and elaves you even more tired and exausted....and a virus and muscle pain grand target. I wke up completely congested today. Even my eyes are congested! Been caughing non-stop, blowing my nose like there was no tomorrow. By the time I could move between the caughs, I went upstairs to the pc and realized how humid the place was. Went back downstairs to fetch Belami and give him his pablum, and realized then that the dehumidifier was stopped because the pail as full... Empied it, started it on full blast power and it has been runnign stilkl, unable yet to get the humnidity down to 45%, sicne it rained all night and is pouring rain non-stop still. Try ad work in paint with that!!!:(:( Or at anything for that matter. Just goes on and on with me unable to get to any of it it seems, one weekend after the next... C > > Sq.

I haven't walked all week because it's been cold > or the neighbors are burning brush piles. The smoke chokes up my asthma. :( I do have a beer every now and then. Rather every then than now, though:), i.e. rarely and always with the idea of sleeping behind it. Except when we have a nice spring. I then will like to go when terrsses open to have one just sitting outdoors, to mark the begining of nice days. But we did not have a spring yet, we are having fll all over again, after a very very very long wonter real heavy with snow...and poor on daylight. Did you ever check the humidity level in your house? Perhaps it is too dry or too damp. That never helps, either way, for breating optimally, that one has asthma or not. So I can imagine when they do!! Right now, I cna feel the air is getting better here after starting the dehumidifier gain (stopped because pail got full overnigt) and that makes one huge difference already. I could finally stop caughing non-stop and stop blowing my nose. By now I have a mild headache from caughing so much and blowing my nose so much, too much effort on the body when it gets that bad. All thsi to say that on top of the breathing probs the wrong humidity/dryness levels can bring are side effects like headaches, tummy aches, nausea, nose bleeds for some people if too dry, etc, etc. Not to mention skin probs in many cases. You could test the humidity in your house/apartment by buying a hygrometer in a retail store. They sell here for anythign between 14 and 20 bucks. Must be a bit cheaper in the US. I read somehwere that a good balance shoudl be between 45 and 55%, but I woudl say that 45% seems fne, 50 barable but already a bit high, for me anyway. ......I caughed so violently that lil red veins burst in my eyes again(. Another ""side effect"" of wrong humidity levels in environment:( Starts a weekend in a rather rough way.... Hope your weather is nice and asthma accommodating this weekend!
