Last PSA - undetectable March 08.

No leaks.

'Lil Wood feeling better everyday.

Did the 100 mile Livestrong Ride in August, raised $8,000.

Atta Boy, Woody!

I hit the year mark about two weeks ago and am still seeing improvements in
functionality week by week. Also ran a little under three miles today.
Slowly building up, but better than I have been in over three years in that
respect. Man, you did a century... that's something. The most I have ever
ridden in a day is 60 miles. I admire you. Congratulations!

Thanks Steve. The century is a lot longer than I thought it would be.
I met Lance A. the night before. He rode it in about 1/2 the time I
did!

It is amazing when the functionality returns, kinda like being 12
again!
