From: Z.Beeblebrox on 15 Feb 2007 19:54 After a blood test and chest x-ray, the doc said both came up clean. OK, so my anxiety/panic has lessened a little hearing that. I'm pleased. I was convinced I had some weird or nasty something that would torture and/or kill me. I'm still trying to keep those thoughts away...it is a little easier now. A little. Still fighting it. As I was saying in an earlier post, I'd like to choke the dr. for giving me 2 meds that can easily increase anxiety/depression......(levaquin & prednisone). I do feel a little better now though. Instead of feeling crappy at a level of 7 or 8 out of 10, it's down to 5. BUT - I'm still getting chills & tingling down my back & it's sore from being tight.....I've been wearing a light jacket at home & at work....My body is warm but my back feels cold....plus my mind will drift to negative thoughts & just pick your top few anxiety/panic symptoms & insert here. I'm back on xanax 3x / day but to be honest, this is the *least effective* xanax has been on me maybe ever. It is a help, but its like the effectiveness can't beat the all the symptoms this time. Maybe I will choke the doc....or maybe somebody knows a good curse to give the doc anxiety/panic for a few weeks.... OK....I'm ranting on. I'd better wrap it up. Thanks all for listening. -rob -- ========== Please DELETE this text block when replying! ========== Contact the moderators at: asapm-board(a)stump.algebra.com The charter is available at: http://readystump.algebra.com/~asapm ========= This notice is added to each approved article ==========

Try and take it easy and eat well, get rest and just take care of you for a few days. I hope you're back to feeling up to par soon. Don't beat yourself up for having anxiety after a period of not having it - this stuff is cyclical, and that's actually normal - would be abnormal if it never came back. Remember to breathe. Breathing is a good thing. From: A on 15 Feb 2007 21:15 Rob, when I've been on Prednisone for massive allergic reactions to poison ivy and oak, I have practically freaked out from anxiety. Maybe this was at the root of your situation? I hope you feel better. It's no fun being sick *or* panicky. Use that anger to do something positive! --besides choking someone, I mean. ;-) xxoo Anne -- ========== Please DELETE this text block when replying! ========== Contact the moderators at: asapm-board(a)stump.algebra.com The charter is available at: http://readystump.algebra.com/~asapm ========= This notice is added to each approved article ==========
From: MH on 15 Feb 2007 22:35 Glad to hear you got a good report from the tests, Rob! That's a load off! Just might take some time to sink in. As for the cold and tingling, any possibility it could be nerve related? If so, perhaps a chiropractor could help?? I slept in a bad position one night last June..... and wound up with numbness and tingling in the fingers of my left hand. I went to the ehiro for a period of three months..... once a week.... and the tingling eventually disappeared. Just a thought! Take care! Hi, rob, Glad to hear you got good results from the doctor's office. It's always relieving to have any medical problems ruled out. smiles, Elise "Z.Beeblebrox" <the.z.guy(a)comcast.net> wrote in message news:osGdnW1Xc68xnUjYnZ2dnUVZ_rCsnZ2d(a)comcast.com... > After a blood test and chest x-ray, the doc said both came up clean. > OK, so my anxiety/panic has lessened a little hearing that.
