From: Burr, The Wonderful on 22 Sep 2008 00:45 Feel free to start another thread. Thank you Omelet. OK, it's Monday. Anyone going to workout this week? I missed today because of rain (my outside gym) and tomorrow I may have to ride my training bike inside. OK, who is going to do what? -- Burr Orchids & Roses http://www.greenchange.org Green Change is a community of people with Green values: Justice, democracy, sustainability and non-violence. The Chiro' told me to stick with Torso only so I'll work chest, upper back, abs and lower back only until he tells me otherwise. I anticipate a high CPK level tho' due to my "current" (electrotherapy) addiction. Should be interesting. ;-) > > I missed today because of rain (my outside gym) and tomorrow I may have to > ride my training bike inside. Wuss. > > OK, who is going to do what? See above. That on top of 3-4 days per week, 20 laps. -- Peace! Om "If you don't read the newspaper you are uninformed; if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed." --Mark Twain

Going in a bit later on. Upper body: my back lifts are doing really well at the moment, presses are a bit two-steps-forward-one-step-back, and my biceps still refuse to get any stronger, no matter what i do to them. We'll see how it goes today! tom -- Also, a 'dark future where there is only war!' ... have you seen the news lately? -- applez

Jason, Sounds great. Welcome to new father land, I had six. Nice that your wife is working out with you but it will only last until she gets back in shape then she will be back to doing her thing. Woman march to a different drummer. Your working out is great but "maybe" you should think about lifting three days a week and running there days. Your body needs "recovery" time after a workout. Really so think about the three days thing maybe some of the other guys (people) will tell you the same thing. That's why we have a three day workout and a four day workout. YOU WILL GET IN SHAPE FASTER IF YOU DO IT RIGHT. Have a happy -- Burr Orchids & Roses http://www.greenchange.org Green Change is a community of people with Green values: Justice, democracy, sustainability and non-violence.
