From: KB on 30 Aug 2008 16:00 Yeah, Yeah, I know... we've all said this quite a few times through out the YEARS! But I'm for real. It's been about 3-4 years that I haven't been consistent with my workout and it's time to change that. Why...because I know I just feel better when I workout, eat right, or just play any sport (and believe me, I've been on the couch and everywhere else). I've got to do it for me! Not just to have an awesome physique, but also to have that confidence that comes along with it! I'm looking at a couple of places to help me out. 1. This one is strickly about getting back my abs.. they're not all gone, I think I have like a four pack right now, but that's not bad. I'll get the 6 pack back here: http://getasixpackblog.com 2. This will help with the tummy fat that I've accumulated thanks to those fast food joints that I know I should stay away from. http://getasixpackblog.com/strip-that-fat-review I'm trying to get all of my junk eating out this weekend and start fresh on Monday. I'll let ya know how it goes!

I'll let ya know how it goes! Good luck KB! We have all been there so we know what you are saying. Don't over do it and get a nice three or four day workout and stay with it, that's the main thing. Consistently is the work, go slow but keep going. Do some kind of cardio on the other days. I lift three days and cycle three days a week the eat and do bad on Sunday. Let us know if we can help. From: Pouta on 1 Sep 2008 03:19 weight training will definitely burn fat, but what if one doesn't want to be muscular ? I'd like to look like Keanu Reeves, guess I'll just have to restrict caloric intake...
