mg IU RAE DFE definition and justification
I have a problem I go to http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ and I see that for 100 g of raw banana there is 64 IU's of Vitamin A and 3 micrograms of Retinol Activity Equivalents.
