Well, actually I havent found the lower, but I had an upper from way back when I wasnt able to keep an appliance in. Ive got some of those symptoms that are still with me(pain deep in ear, pain in neck, and some pain in the cheek).

I realize theres little sense in trying to diagnose myself, but I was wondering how Dr.Boyd might approach this since im seeing him in a setting where he is basically delivering Ntis to headache patients in a neurology clinic?
