From: MP on 5 Oct 2005 05:33 Hello, 1. Plastic cuttlery. Not neccesary. There is Nickel free cuttlery on the market. The same is for cooking pots. 2. Nickel is to be found mostly in everthing that consits iron. So all kind of red meat, also in white meat, but not that much. In spinach and very green vegies - like broccoli. But Broccoli ist not hat bad as it has other substances which help the body fighting allergies. 3. Be careful with vitamin bills that also include mineral - mostly there is also nickel in them, as it goes together with the iron. 4. Try the following supplements, to help you body helping in dealing with the allergies. I did that myself and it helped. Vitamin C (acid free) 3 times a day 1000 mg - so 3000 a day. Please make sure it really is acid free otherwhise you get digestive problems Vitamin E - 2 times a day - tabletts of 500 mg Selenium - but please careful! Do not take more then the package states!!!!!!!!!! Do not take it together with Vitamin C - wait at least an hour. - for more inforatmion on supplements reads Dr. Bernie Seagals books. Perfect for it. 5. Skin. Aloe Vera works perfect is better then Cortison!!!! As it has no side effects. It is available as cream and lotion and also as juice. Takes a while, but works.
