I have heard many rumors about women lifting a lot of weight and
bulking up instead of toning. I have also heard to the contrary that
this is incorrect. Are there any articles that people may have read or
any advice you may have on this topic? I really want to tone up, but I
am really afraid about getting much larger muscles. How many reps
should it take to really feel the burn?? Thanks in advance!
