From: D-unit on 18 Oct 2007 15:58 My mother was diagnosed with SD in her early 50's. It struck hard and she went downhill very fast. None of us knew what to expect. Her disease eased off to the point where she can enjoy her life. For that I am thankfull. We celebrate her 70th birthday in a couple weeks. For someone who's gone through what she has, she gets around pretty good! Im so glad she's still around. db
