From: NavyGuy on 4 Feb 2008 03:50 I've been bounced around from med to med, the most recent was Viokase, Bentyl, Prilosec, and Zyrtec. My GI doc just dropped the Viokase and Prilosec, and but me back on Loperimide at 10mg 3x a day. That's enough to bind an entire football team. I was first diagnosed with IBS, which got switched to Cronic Colitis after a few bouts of C-Diff (which was not to pleasent,) and a case of Giardia Lambla, a parasitic infection in my lower colon. Now I'm back to IBS and more confused and still in pain. I'm in the military, so healthcare isn't an issue. But I'm way past my breaking point and the docs are still trying to figure out the best course of action to take with me. Can anyone tell me what I can possibly do before they find me as a loss and discharge me??? -- Message posted using http://www.talkaboutsupport.com/group/alt.support.ibs/ More information at http://www.talkaboutsupport.com/faq.html
