manic meds I'm on 4 different meds that are extra high doses, and still have problems. Mostly I can't control my crying episodes. Very embarrassing when your in public. topamax ---- birth defects -- yes, i have taken topamax too for weight gain --- when I was taking Zyprexa. The topamax did not reduce the weight gain.
