I never drink soda or beer! Any other suggestion? I eat a lot of
fruits and veggies. And still a belly!

Wasn't trying to judge or insult you. I have friends from high school who
put on a few, and those changes helped them a lot. Thyroid issue perhaps?

No problem. Could be thyroid. I have no idea. I'll ask my doctor about
it.

No problem. Could be thyroid. I have no idea. I'll ask my doctor about
it.

I have a hypo thyroid and take medication for it daily. It was not
diagnosed for years, but I was tired all the time and never felt like
exercising at all. After treatment, that slowly changed. Probably can't
hurt to check, and cool you'll ask your doctor.
