Roast Update.
Hi, Thanks for the help with the roast. Unfortunately my internet did not get give me any replies until much later in the day. What I did was cover it in salt, pepper and garlic then bake it at 375 for an hour. I then turned the oven off for 30 minutes and again 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. You know I was sorry to hear this. The show will not be renewed. If the reason is that low-carb dieting is not making the ratings good I can handle that.
