I have studied this issue a lot and wonder where you are getting you
data, can you site a reference?

A high protein diet might be bad for someone who already had weak
kidneys, for someone with two healthy kidneys I should not be a
problem, or do you have a study that shows otherwise?

The biggest risk for kidneys is not high protein but diabetes, which
comes from being overweight and eating too many simple carbs.
