30 minutes of walking == success in dieting You can cut back on your eating a great deal, and not show much weight loss, at all, unless you also are getting some exercise. Sitting in an office, doesn't qualify as "exercise", of course. :) A brisk walk of 30 minutes does qualify, and makes a BIG difference in losing weight.
