I'm interested in finding a source of used photo-optic probes for
nonmedical use. My budget being somewhat limited, it came to mind that
medical centers, research centers, and orthopaedic drs, in their periodic
upgrading of orthoscopic camera equipment, may either sell or donate their
older equipment rather than simply trashing it.
Does anyone here know of any such recipient for antiquated equipment. My
interest is personal, not professional, I have several (musical) instrument
repair, and hobby projects that this would greatly simplify, as well as
several of my coworkers have expressed an interest in have an affordable
photoscope/probe for their interests (Racecar engines etc). Any help would
be appreciated.
