Methinks you are confused. Currupticut's being home to Yale probably makes Corrupticut THE most corrupt state in the entire United Pathocracy of America. While Moral turpitude is a prerequisite for getting a degree, professional license and a government job: being an out and out psychopath is a prerequisite for getting a job as a DA or prosecutor in all the most corrupt states in the United Pathocracy of America. Psychopathic DA and prosecutors become psychopathic judges. The psychopathic judges of The United Pathocracy of America have overthrown our government by amongst other things, throwing out all the rules of evidence, and having whomever they want prosecuted solely on the basis of big lies told by the psychopathic mobsters with dubious psychology and psychiatry degrees. Mobsters with degree run the Pathocracies "Offender to Intelligence" programs so the worse of the worse criminals are placed in the custody of Mobsters with psychology and psychiatry degrees to where they are paid big bucks to perform their criminal activities on behalf of the pathocracy which controls all local, state, and federal government agencies. The pathocracies criminal stalking of innocent Americans has necessitated their having a large supply of burglars on their payroll to burglarize medical offices to get their medical records and/or plant bugs and other cryptoptico equipment in Americans bathroom and bedrooms. Of course, when burglars ply their trade on behalf of the pathocracy they are called "Plumbers". In any case, I think everyone of sound mind ought to receive anything the pathocracy reports with a HUGE grain of salt, including, a report that an alleged burglar escaped from the custody of the mobsters with psych degrees.
