Are you making a joke? The implant is in the back
of the cranium, just above the neck. Implanted
patients can feel it as a little bump on the skull
right above the top spine bone. People who have
implants should not attempt to remove them with
a razor blade or something because the implants have
self-protective mechanisms. They will release poison
to kill the host if any unauthorized attempt is made
to remove them.

Sshhh! Debbee's got the new Mark XIV prototype. That's why we had the
HAARP people arrange the 80 degree days in Dallas next weekend. The
old one had to be left in until the new version has passed field
tests, which meant that the C1+ location couldn't be used.
