Shhhhhh...do not mention this.....The Mossad technical team that gave
the terrorist known as "The Engineer" one of the worst migraines in
history, is developing a new system allowing for similar results by
uploading the non-inert device through the phone.

I guess it's common knowledge among people such as yourself with no connection
to reality. Here in the real world, it's not common knowledge or even
factual. As for his "work with Pittcon," I demonstrated several months
ago that you have absolutely no understanding of what that work was.

: Living there in the "Gateway of Hope"

Jan Drew will be disappointed with you, since the reference is (as I'm sure
you know, ha ha) not from the Torah. Aval im at mumchah kol kach b-`ivrit,

derech agav.)

: and from your work with chemicals and despising anything alternative,

I don't despise anything alternative, as I have been at pains to point out.
I believe that alternative therapies that violate laws of physics are
almost certainly not worth pursuing, and that in general "extraordinary
claims require extraordinary proof," which means that alternative
therapies are by and large unproven as far as I can tell.

: including acupuncture studies made at the very institute that you are
: presently hanging out at,

Just because a study came from Bar-Ilan University doesn't make it correct.
In the particular case at hand, it was obvious even from the abstract that
was posted here that the study in question was particularly poorly done.
I suggest that instead of wasting your time looking up personal information
about me, you read what Edzard Ernst has to say about acupuncture. You
could even start with the quote that I posted to this very newsgroup.

: and attacking anyone here that posts
: anything positive about alternative health; you are at the very least
: a supporter of Big Pharma.

I don't attack anyone here that posts anything positive about alternative
health (whatever that is); I attack posts that demonstrate a sufficiently
high level of stupidity, and if the same person makes enough of them, I
begin to draw the obvious conclusion. That this conclusion seems to apply
more to vocal supporters of alternative therapies than would be expected
by chance is probably not coincidental.

As it happens, I am not a particular supporter of Big Pharma, and have
spoken out against their unethical practices. I actually have very strong
personal reasons for being an *opponent* of Big Pharma (which reasons are
none of your business); but being an opponent of Big Pharma is not the same
as being an opponent of evidence-based medicine. That you conflate the
two is typical of people whose reasoning skills are not well-developed.

: Let's see you are connected with your third
: University==Berkeley, Princeton, and now Bar-Illan.

Fifth university, actually; seventh if you count universities with which I
had "connections" while I was in high school. I'm surprised that you're
not complaining about my connections to Big Oil.

: If you support research only for chemical based prescription drugs and
: conventional medicine;

I have no idea what that is supposed to mean, nor what the "Plan of 1996"
is supposed to be. I've obviously been left out of the loop once again.

It's a reference to the three-meter-tall guitarist from Warsaw ("I wouldn't

Make sure you take your phone. You're an important part of the test
