*I'm* a member of the American Chemical Society, and have been for more
than 20 years. Does that make *me* very well connected to the government?

(I'd ask if you were quite sure that the ACS connection you think you found
was his and not mine, but then I might have to consult your ISP about your
use of their resources to invade my privacy. I might also ask what
connections you think that the ACS has to the government, but then I'd have
to point out that you have serious problems with your reality-checking
equipment.)

It's so amusing observing your fantasies. Are you now suggesting that
there are enough members of "the Quackwatch team" in Australia to make
a significant difference to the size of a pop concert audience?

Why don't you ask him? Maybe they don't make the right colour M&Ms any
more so promoters can't meet his contract terms.

I wasn't talking about the newsgroups. I was talking about the
dedicated people at Illuminati Intel who have to listen to and
transcribe your phone conversations. Their job title is "Monitor".

By the way, they tell me that they have discovered a problem with the
sound analysis software. Was that a muffin or an apple danish that you
had with your coffee on Tuesday?

Well, you'd know all about the finer skills of jerking so I defer to
the expert.

When was I in Florida? I must have been asleep that day.

I'm going to be right up front about this. Members of my close family
have worked for or are at present working for the following government
agencies:

Defence Standards Laboratory
Department of Defence (both as a soldier and as a bureaucrat)
NSW Department of Health
NSW Department of Corrections
NSW Department of Community Services
Australian Crime Commission
NSW Ambulance Service
Westmead Hospital
NSW Department of Public Works
NSW Premier's Department
NSW Department of Industrial Relations
NSW Department of Education and Training (currently paying me)
Department of Veterans' Affairs
Sydney University
NSW Dairy Corporation

And, of course, the one we all work for for two days a week:

Australian Taxation Office

(I may have missed some. I'll see if I can get my dossier from Central
Filing next week, but the place is closed for some electrical
maintenance today and Monday is a public holiday.)
