There are many that claim that the root cause of Lupus is indeed
the parasites.

I doubt it.
I suggest that your immune system needs better direction, rather
than it working against you.
It's not a matter of revving your immune system up, it's a matter of
giving it better markers of what is you, and what is not. That might
help it distinguish worms from intestine.
